Please send us Scanned Photograph of director (who’s
name will be on invitation), Your last year INCOME TAX
RETURN, and your company registration certificate, Your
company bank statement for the last three months, Copy
of your passport.
(For security
and due to non verifiable facts of partners meeting
us on Internet).
Please note that we do not send invitations to Islamic,Adjoining
or Developing countries (except those having good current
diplomatic ties with Republic of India) and in those Countries
where civil wars are going on including to all African
Countries.
Please note if any one applies for "Indian Visa"
without our written consent. We shall not welcome any
verification from Indian embassy. Neither we shall be
interested to keep any business ties with that company.
Partners from
these countries have to arrange their travel plans on
their own. We shall take care of them only when they
meet us in our city, Chandigarh.
We can process this
official invitation in 4 working days. If notarized
invitation is required, it will take 7 working days.
Please also provide
us the email of “Indian Embassy” near you.
Where you will apply for visa for India. We will forward
copy of invitation to hem too. If required we can even
call / fax them.
